Michelle LeFavor
Michelle LeFavor is an innovative voice in the new generation of People and Talent functions, meeting people where they are in the modern workplace. After over a decade of impact at Nike on the product marketing side of the business, she pivoted into the e-commerce space leading the charge in revamping the onboarding processes at Wayfair, before launching Presta Consulting to focus on her passion for people and AI. Michelle is a Massachusetts based mother of two, who brings a pivotal brand of compassion - what we like to call "umbrella leadership" to every space she's in and has a beautiful way of sharing her wisdom and favorite resources at just the right time.
